By utilizing the services and products provided by Joyfull Mama LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Services Offered: Joyfull Mama provides the core services of Placenta Encapsulation, Placenta Tinctures, Placenta Salves, and Placenta Prints dedicated to supporting and empowering mothers during the transformative postpartum phase. We also offer a range of body care products to include body butters, body cremes, body oils and healing salves. As we continue to grow, more services and products will be offered specifically geared toward Postpartum Wellness.

Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate and truthful health and medical history information. It is the client's responsibility to consult with their healthcare provider before using our services.

Consumption of Placenta Capsules: The client acknowledges that the placenta capsules provided by Joyfull Mama are exclusively intended for consumption by the person who has birthed the placenta(s). Under no circumstances should the placenta capsules be consumed by anyone other than the individual for whom they are prepared. Joyfull Mama shall not be held liable for any adverse effects or consequences resulting from the misuse or unauthorized consumption of the placenta capsules by anyone other than the intended recipient.

FDA Disclaimer: The statements regarding placenta encapsulation and placentophagy have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Liability Limitations: While we strive to provide safe and effective services, Joyfull Mama shall not be liable for any damages or harm resulting from the use of our services.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to Joyfull Mama, including logos, content, and materials, are owned by Joyfull Mama and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Payment and Refunds: Clients are responsible for making full payments before placenta processing begins. Refunds will be subject to our Refund Policy, which can be found below.

Shipping, Risk of Loss and Insurance: All placenta products are shipped via FedEx. Standard carrier coverage of up to $100 (Declared Value) is automatically included with each shipment. Clients who wish to insure their order for its full value may request additional coverage, which will be added to the shipping cost.

Once an order has been shipped, Joyfull Mama LLC is not responsible for loss, delay, or damage caused by the carrier. All sales are final once shipped, and no refunds will be issued for products lost or damaged in transit. Any reimbursement is limited to the compensation provided by FedEx under its Declared Value policy, if applicable.

Refund Policy

Cancellation Before Placenta Collection: If you decide to cancel our Placenta Encapsulation service before we have collected the placenta, you are entitled to a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.

Cancellation After Placenta Collection but Before Processing: If you cancel the service after we have collected the placenta but before we have started the encapsulation process, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will depend on the expenses already incurred in preparing for the service.

Cancellation After Processing has Begun: Once we have started the encapsulation process, a refund may not be possible. The processing involves time, effort, and materials, making it challenging to provide a full refund at this stage.

Unusable Placenta: In rare cases where the collected placenta is deemed unusable due to medical reasons or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.

Quality Concerns: If you encounter any issues or quality concerns with the encapsulated placenta capsules, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and, if necessary, offer a suitable resolution, which may include a partial or full refund.

Unforeseen Circumstances: We understand that unexpected situations can arise, such as premature birth or changes in birth plans. In such cases, we will work with you to find the best possible solution, which may include rescheduling the service or providing a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Shipping Loss or Damage: Due to the personalized nature of placenta encapsulation services and products, Joyfull Mama LLC does not issue refunds once completed products have been shipped. If a package is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, compensation is limited solely to the reimbursement amount, if any, provided by FedEx under its Declared Value policy. Clients may elect to purchase additional Declared Value coverage at their own expense prior to shipment if they wish to protect the full value of their order.

Body Care Policies

Due to the nature of our handmade body care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. In the instance that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@joyfullmama.com so we can make the correction.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted (such as pre-orders). You will receive a tracking number once your package has shipped. Joyfull Mama is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

By purchasing from Joyfull Mama, you agree to our policies and understand that our products are for external use only. Please review ingredients carefully before use. Joyfull Mama is not liable for allergic reactions or misuse of products.

Your personal information is used only for order processing and communication regarding your purchase. We will never sell, trade, or share your information with third parties.
